Use restrictions:
a.
All Association dues must be current for a
homeowner to use or reserve the clubhouse facilities.
b.
Use of the clubhouse is restricted to Association members
only.
2. Hours of use are:
a. Sunday through Thursday 6:00AM to 10:00PM
b. Friday & Saturday 6:00AM to 12:00 Midnight (New
Years Exception only)
3. Smoking:
All areas of the interior of the clubhouse have been designated
“ NO SMOKING ” areas. Smoking is permitted only on the
outside of the building. Please ensure cigarettes are
extinguished after use and dispose of properly.
4. Reserving the
Clubhouse:
a. Reservations for the clubhouse are taken by
Lambeth Management
((336) 288-4944) during regular business hours or click
HERE to
fill out a request online.
b. Reservations are on a first come first serve
basis.
c. Open parties with no fixed amount of attendees
are prohibited (i.e. open to the general public for a fee. Refer
to 4.d also.)
d. Parties of more than 100 people must be approved
by the Board of Directors in writing.
5.
General Information:
a. Trash must be disposed of properly.
b. The use of narcotics is prohibited. Consumption
of alcohol must comply with all federal, state, and county laws.
No alcohol can be offered for sale while on the Association
property.

REMEMBER THAT ALL OF THE POLO FARMS HOMEOWNERS
OWN THE CLUBHOUSE.
Misuse of the clubhouse will eventually cost all the homeowners. |
